Windows 10 update cleanup

Remove various unneeded files

Remove SoftwareDistribution folder

Run these commands from a cmd-box as Administrator. 

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits

Now clear out the entire folder structure below
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Restart Windows (or just the services wuauserv and bits)
